yeah, i want to make a realistic enemy, with realistic animations... he is a mix between a predator and wolverin :(

Yeah, it does look like a Predator/Wolverine hybrid, but I think the original Assault Trooper species was made based somewhat off the Predator in the first place [the Captains have their wrist computers that they use to cloak/teleporter to screw with the player]. Do these versions also do that, or are they just a new concept for the Assault Trooper's species in general?

is a kind of new elite trooper, he can shoot plasma ball with his shoulder cannon, and have a optical camouflage, but it will not fly, and no teleportation. By cons it will be quite fast and agile, especially with its claws.

I still have a lot of work, is not a final version !

It looks amazing. How do you plan on releasing this? Is it going to be a standalone mod, or what?

thanks, i release this as an add-on for the game and it can be used by the community for mods or other.

This looks good. Atleast someone is using the REAL duke graphics todays!

I just wonder that helicopter-place.. It looks pretty small for a helicopter? :-)

I'm in the process of beta-testing and polishing my first official map (including all 4 difficulty modes) before I publish it. Here's a sneak peak of one of the larger areas. If anyone is interested in beta testing please pm me.

Edit: I'm thinking of turning that white light into a nice pale blue moonlight.

That's looking good and yeah, I think adding a little blue tint to the lights would work nicely I think, I personally try to avoid pure white light anyway.

Oh I think you should keep it white. That looks fantastic... There's something very eery looking about the area - you've got a fantastic contrast between the brighter lit areas and the stark darkness of the shadows. I'm not entirely sure a blue coloured light would work so well. But maybe just give it a test and see?

I see your map is suffering from the same low FPS as mine in the large outdoor area. But it sure does look cool.

Theres penalty for cool thing.

But way to solve it is faster PC.

E5L6 in my (old) mod lag a lot its exterior but with new comp. That lag doesn't exist anymore.

Good point, it'd require a hell of a pilot with a tiny choppa to land there :)

But the screenshots look pretty amazing; love the classic touch!

Here's a short video I made using the new moonlight coloured spotlights. Don't worry it's just random fighting on god mode so it doesn't really spoil the gameplay (I hope...). The annoying thing is that even on minimum fog settings, all the dynamic lighting is still overridden from a short distance from Duke so you can't see the shadows up close. Although I suppose I could give the area a dark shade...
