It might need some work but I made this, it's the Ripper's prototype, the "Splitter" and could shoot the barrels one at a time or simultaneously.
sources: 3DR, Duke 3d, Lameduke, and Cage's beta chaingun.
Earlier version has now been fixed by Captain J of ZDoom forums (he aligned the barrels properly, as mine the left barrel was slightly lower than the right).
I made this with the idea for a project where Duke must go back in time to where many of his weapons from DN3D are in "prototype" forms (the aliens try to destroy the weapons so that Duke has less of a chance to stop them, or some generic BS). The Ripper becomes a 2 barrel weapon called the "Splitter Chaingun", the RPG is held like the Lameduke one, and could be more powerful but harder to see your surroundings and more of a danger to the player, and lastly the Devastator, would be a prototype version that is just one blaster, and the rockets don't go the way they should (acting a lot like the drunken missile launcher in ROTT), and when Duke picks it up he would say "Eugh... This sucks!"

No, I would think the shotgun, pistol, and mighty boot would remain unchanged since they're not very futuristic weapons to begin with.

But.... you could have a Mighty sandal, Flint lock pistol and blunderbuss. Also if they have a time machine why don't they just kill Duke as a baby.... or destroy the human race when they all have spears.

Here are the player sprites from Duke Nukem Total Meltdown. Credits go to 3D Realms and Aardvark Software.
Edit: I've updated the pack as I finally found the flying sprites.

Nice idea, reminds me of the early DNF screenshots, though the arm seems completely flat and the perspective is off (alongside the detailing seems to have been lost during some sort of compression or resizing). With some work it could turn out great.

Improved the arm. Credits to Vegeta for the chainsaw base, 3drealms for the arm, and Captain J for ripping the arm.

That's pretty cool dude! But use PNGs. That's JPEG lol.
Also, we need Octabrain variants. This is still WIP. I used Victimized's scouter(?) Octabrain as base.

Duke handed NAM's rifle (used that Duke arm from AMC), and one reload frame is wide-friendly.

Has anyone attempted to re-create an early version of Duke 64's Plasma Cannon?
Here's a couple of images without the HUD
Duke Paletted using Slade, but came out poor.
