thanks for pointing that out, i fixed it and re-uploaded the pack in my post above ;)

i've also run all the files through OptiPNG, so now some of them are a bit slimmer but with no loss of quality.

i wanted to add gloves to the title screen and to the end-level pics, but i figured it's not that important, a pair of gloves wouldn't make much of a difference

i think that if anyone is going to start modeling new enemies, i'll get to modeling a new Duke body and hands and before you know it it will grow into an effort to make a total conversion, which will be obliterated by the real DNF (which will be released 10 days before the TC is done). ;)

I wouldn't mind, but I was wondering about problems with 3DR. Also, if I was going to spend the time modelling soemthing, I'd rather do something that was 'mine', even if it was only a re-evaluation of the original sprite, but a next-gen version of it.

What's new? Absolutely nothing imortant :
-Modified DP hands to have a little nuke logo on it (looks not too good but at least there's a nuke ;))
-Modified title screen with a new logo and a new loading screen
-A new gold plated glock pickup
-Renamed archive ;)
Well enjoy even if it sucks ;)
Next time I'll make a new duke model with hands, and I'll do my best this time ;)

I make a little fix to the "Jaxx" pack: Now the pistol in pickups form REALLY looks like "Daniel262b" made it and the DP hand have a bettere nuclear simbol. (It's not a permanent mirror)

DNF3D pack fixed.

you have white box bug with laser pistol (in duke plus)

in the last pack by daniel262b this is fixed


I prefer the pack by daniel262b which works flawlessly

This is a combined work of daniel262b, Jaxx and Fantinaikos.

I cleaned and updated the necessary files.

If you get different MD5 hash, then either you have a corrupted download, or my uploaded file got corrupted.

Anyone working on a 1911 like in the leaked trailer?

I think the gloves in the 2009 leak looked much better than the 1999 ones. It's just that leather gloves seem more of dukes thing than blue spandex ;)

They didn't look like spandex to me. They looked like they were made out of some sort of faux-leather/suede.

I'd always thought the eyes of the HRP octobrain weren't evil looking enough. Anyway I just found out about this thread by accident. I would have loved to have known about this earlier. Should this be a news item on the homepage?

Looks good, but personally I'm a bigger fan of the stylish blue gloves. It'd be a great if a future pack had the option of switching between skins.

Screen shots? I don't know about everybody else, but I don't just download stuff without taking a look at it first.

Good idea, work on it and we'll see ;)
For captain : this is just dn 3d octabrain but with a different color (pink or something like this...) and withe eyes
Anyway it's just a minor tweak of the octabrain.
