People make the mistake of dileberately waiting for the game, but they should just enjoy otehr games, and jup onto this one when it's actually released...
It's not gonna be a badder game because it cae later than you expected afterall, heck ,it'll be just as good wether you give up or not, only difference is, you choose not to play it, which makes no sense, i mean, why avoid a good game..? (-assuming it'll be good)
I honestly never saw the point, and peoples goal with "giving up" :S i just can't imagine that i'd possibly "wait", let's say, 15 years for Doom 4 (hypothetical example) and then "give up" because it didn't come out when i expected it... And then when it's out, i'd avoid playing it, because, why, i gave up ..? Say it's a great game, but i "gave up", so i must "prove to myself" that i won't play it... All they end up doing, is not giving a shit for any news anymore... But once it's out, they either get it afterall, or are too arrogant to let themselves be proven wrong, and stay away from the game, although they'd enjoy playing it...
I just find it silly, many people say this, but i bet they'll jump after the game once it's out regardless, assuming it'll be good...
Nothing personal MrAdidaKing, it's generally something that has bothered me for a while, i heard so many people claim this, and i just can't see what their goal would be, with avoiding a game on purpose because they "gave up" on it...
I'm 21 as well, but i don't get these huge expecations, just to be dissapointed afterwards, because i see no point in "giving up" on the game, it doesn't bring me anywhere, because i'd get the game regardless if it actually came out...
I talk too much, babble babble yadda yadda, it's the rant thread, i'm allowed to rant
