Probably not. And at least it shouldn't be called Duke Nukem.

Right Just call it DN or something.

People are actually ripping stuff off from the demo and the full game and have ported/porting it to source engine, check this:

Anyone knows the type of boots he has? I want the exact same. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be nice, thanks.

I can't wear a lot of boots. I'm wide and flat footed :'(

I specifically remember that recreating Duke3D levels in other engines was against the copyright and 3DR were well within their rights legally to shut it down.

Is it possible to edit skins? I'd like to make Duke's clothes a little more classic looking.

You know whats ironic about that? Those mods could have been better than DNF.

That's not the real Duke, it's a Russian spy.

Duke's face looks more like the GTA 4 guy, than Dolph. Man why the hell would they use that model and not this one? This is the real Duke.

I'd like to see the Duke Model (from the 2009 leaks) posted by DerickVonD in Duke Nukem 3D: Reloaded but the hair could certainly use a little work. How many of you would agree?

That's the action figure Duke, believe it or not. Just the hair is different. If you don't believe me just check out his neck:

I'm pretty sure they're Harley Davidson biker boots. I have a pair that looks like his. Well, they resembled the old Duke model's boots more. Here they are:

I also have a pair like these:

Those are indeed close but the new Duke has boots with square tips, not rounded.

They look to be like these :

Check that page I linked where I found people ripping stuff from DNF, I'm sure there's a link to a few Duke textures there, I think I saw one.

WOOSH! Right over your head. Somebody didn't watch Rocky IV.

Yea, Dolph Lundgren FTW.

I believe that if Duke ever hits the big screens, it should be with Mr. Lundgren in the lead role.

Whether 3DR still has the power to do that now or not, what are they actually going to do if someone makes a mod? Sue them? Go through all the hassle of bringing in lawyers?

What happens if somebody suddenly declairs that they've made a Duke Nukem TC in say the source engine, and releases it to everyone? It'll be too late, and 3DR wouldn't be able to do a thing to stop its spread.

They would still shut the website down from distributing it. They are well within their rights to do it, too. They still own Duke3D. I wouldn't put it past them to take immediate and hard action.

Yeah but 3DR can't even stop pirates from distributing the duke3d.grp, their own software. They can't actually stop a mod that somebody else has made from being distributed once it's on the internet.
