The first sprite works, this is not an issue.
The problem now is every extra frame or weapon i add.
Even though they are added just like before, they are not found.

Just make a new directory with all your old stuff copied over, and drop all the files into Autoload.

Are you thick? Yes i think you are. Only a retard would need to ask what i meant.
I think it is quite clear. I need the ALIENS to be models, the HRP models. Whilst keeping the WEAPONS sprited until i can make HD ALIENS. Is that easy for you to understand? I can convert it into many different languages if you like since you have a problem reading english.

Oh i know, it's just i tried several times, It gets all laggy and the video playback freezes at points playing only the sound.

I notice you are using Dukeplus with it.
Try running it without duke plus. I have just the basics when i tested it.
Have the HRP of course but turn off use models.

Nope, Same thing happens.
Now I just noticed the Dev's work fine, its just the pistol. I think i know what the problem is now.

Ok well if you fix it post it up in case any one else has the same issue. I hadn't had any problems once it got rolling to be honest.

And glad you were able to fix it. I actually had an argument with my little brother last night about sprites in games and how they work today. He would not admit that sprites can still hold their own and look awesome to the true gamer, so i set out to try and prove him wrong
And what better game to do it with than Duke?
I would also like to say thanks to those supporting me. I know my project isn't as interesting as others but you still took the time to come in and lend a hand
