Looks like normal 3D CGI, much like what they used for Redneck Rampage and some of the elements of the original Duke3D art work, only crisper and cleaner.

I agree , which just doesnt fit in at all with duke 3d, If duke wanted crisp n clean he wouldnt have come to LA

That's odd because I feel the sprites in Duke3D are high quality stuff myself.. at least higher quality than what I'm seeing here so far (with the possible exception of the new shrinker posted on a previous page but that was just the HRP model converted to a sprite so like lols)
