If you want the spriteness why not just play Duke 3D without the HRP?

No. Not. If you want models go play HRP. Those of us who'd like to see high quality sprites have
this to look forward to.

This thread is such a clusterfuck, I'd reply, but I have no idea what to reply to.. So, like, are you gonna make new sprites or are you converting the HRP models to sprites in which case why not just keep the HRP models in which case why not play the HRP?
what's going on here
They're not just turning the HRP models into sprites.

Tiny shotgun problem here
The def
texture 2613 { pal 0 { file "Ssmaller.png" } }
texture 2614 { pal 0 { file "Shot2.png" } }
texture 2615 { pal 0 { file "Shot.png" } }
texture 2616 { pal 0 { file "Shot3.png" } }
texture 2617 { pal 0 { file "Shot4.png" } }
texture 2618 { pal 0 { file "Shot5.png" } }
The problem:
Shotgun.jpg
I dont get it.
Its because the original game sprites are the size you have to work with. The high res stuff is smooshed down into that aspect ratio. Try using some dummy tiles with adjusted X Y sizes for each frame. It should fix that.
