Started redoing what i already done.
Instead of using my own art i am just going to convert the HRP models to sprites.
That way it will still feel like Classic Duke but it will have the great visual style of the HRP models.

If you're going to do that, then I'd say you should use the original duke size + palette. It's something I've been thinking about, making a low-res hrp for classic mode. It's redundant as hell, but I always thought it'd be a fun project.

If those are Poser models, IIRC, it is against Poser's policies to export their models to be used in games.

Just a quick reply amongst all the stuff happening: keep this going if you want Disruptor. If it's your ambition, then don't let others turn you away, even if I myself for some dumb reason suddenly decided to call this the sucks and started giving you problems over it [I don't know why I would though]. >.>

Believe me, I do know what it's like to spend lots of time working on one or two specific projects, and for some, it's not easy to do. o.o

Its because the original game sprites are the size you have to work with. The high res stuff is smooshed down into that aspect ratio. Try using some dummy tiles with adjusted X Y sizes for each frame. It should fix that.
