i guess i shouldnt have to say it but that eternity eduke is old, other than that it seems to be related to texture filtering options, and ati cards not running the 10.5 drivers

oh and i have another suggestion, i played the mod and i think that u made too much ememys every where like even on the first level my health being 10 after 5 seconds and on peace of cake diffuclty! make less enemys plz!

Maybe you're just bad at Duke 
The thing you have to remember is that Eternity is running DukePlus, which has health bonuses to balance out the enemies. For example,
1) Regular health packs can be added to the medkit if you've already got full health,
2) Drinking water starts you off with +5 (or was it 10) health points before you continue drinking and gaining more health points normally.
3) Vending machines produce cans of soda if you press the use key on them a few times, and you can drink it to gain 5 health points. The machines have an infinite supply of cans as far as I can tell, just as Duke likes it, or you can break the machine and lots of sodas will come out.
DanM that reminds me of a kind of bug, since your vending machines use several walls, you can break each wall seperately which results in the motherload of soda cans.
4) You can pick up food items such as burgers, fries and drinks, and Duke will 'eat' them for more health.
5) Don't forget the regular ways to gain health such as using toilets and fountains etc...
edit: 6) You have friggin' bots to fight along side you! It's not like you have to take on all the enemies by yourself. Besides, if you really can't cope with it, just activate god mode or something.

Well, I downloaded whatever version (and the patch) was available on your moddb page.
Too bad it's still (I got a new computer a couple of days ago) very slow, even at a low resolution. I also got a CTD a few minutes into the first map.

there is an eternity gfx.bat i think in that version that allows you to run polymer at lower settings, less light passes etc.
I strongly recommend setting the hrp quality to 2nd best, the highest settings for the textures seems to really take a toll.

hey i have some suggestions to the next version:
1.make less aliens, at least for piece of cake.
2.make autosaves.
3.make a special eternity.bat for ati cards with the recommended options for ati cards..
4.make it as full release and not as a patch..
oh and btw when the new version coming?

1. I was hoping DT could make a sprite i could add to levels that makes it use a DP difficulty, that works via dmg taken vs dmg done, for example cake would be a 100% dmg done but you only receive 65%, damn iam good would be 90% to 110% though, but have no respawning monsters, so i think alot more ppl would use that diff more too,
eternity is not really built to be much of a challenge, its more of an exercise in refining and modernizing dukes game play, and taking a much more valve inspired approach to how a story plays out.

3. submit some stuff for that and i will add it, i dont own an ati card so i have nfi about what commands remedy common problems
4.6 levels, right now its more about items, monsters, polish and deciding how to end it, i have an idea but i will need DT's help making the boss, its rather easy bit of coding though.

well i dont know all the stuff that help ati cards but what i do know is you gonna make liner texture filter when lanching eternityati.bat so ati cards wont have those white square things..

It's easy to guess that the release is planned prior to DNF. My crystal ball shows mid-April.

I've never finished this mod because polymer wouldn't co-operate.
I have an ATI, so that sucks, i hear it's designed for Nvidia.
My dad has Nvidia, but it doesn't run well on that also, because it isn't optimized for these kind of systems.

No, ATI drivers are just crap. Loads of software has problems with ATI cards and Open GL.

ati win the price vs performance but the money saved is time spent effing around with their drivers.
I have played on many freinds ATI system and it literally is always something with those cards, they just cant seem to render anything without some glitchy crap.
you might have luck with the newer lower gfx settings that disable paralax and spec mapping maniacboy, the new DNE by default has the light a bit more nerfed than standard polymer

DT & Muelsa did some great work with this release, I would be at a point where i thought it was nearly done and then DT or Muelsa would give me more cool stuff and it just kept getting better and better so enjoy Duke Nukem Eternity 1.3D
