The lungs infected with covid were the surgeons
He received a transplant earlier for himself with good lungs

He donated his infected lungs to the patient.

That original good lung transplant were the lungs that were sposed to be in the patients body,
but now in the surgeons.

The surgeon survived covid,
The patient did not.

It won't.

People have been scaremongering for years about superflus and shit and it is never going to happen. They had to design COVID in a lab and it barely works. Ebola mutates multiple times every year it seems, and even when a super deadly form mutates, we learn that when it's too deadly it just burns through populations faster than it can spread and it quickly fizzles out.

COVID killed so many people because the entire event was staged so that it would kill as many people as possible, like putting sick people in nursing homes with barely alive geriatrics. The only thing COVID is exceptionally good at is spreading. Most of the people who died from COVID would have died from any cold or flu, like the thousands that die from common illnesses every year.
