New animations on old enemies would be great, but aside from the pigcop melee I'm not aware of any. Given the focus on Duke + Bombshell coop, I would also like to avoid adding more enemy animations that only have one angle.

So, this is what i think so far:
As for new enemies and characters, the main feature, you can virtually add whatever you want and this is great; i would put many variants of a single enemy/character, if the work was less intensive and time consuming. The thing is how to randomize them and keep encounters balanced.
As for Bombshell, i'm not really into NPC companions in games, expecially in duo; it depends on how you want to modify the gameplay and the balancing, if she should be always present or not, necessary or not, mortal or immortal, or complementary in some mechanics; for example i would split weapons among Duke and Bombshell, or give her access cards; or, using her to reach the firepower needed for all the new enemies. Reviving her can become frustrating or pointless, maybe a squad of (disposable) bombshells make more sense at some point.
One interesting feature would be to switch among characters; different life, speed and firepower, and the ability to heal/revive the "partner".
I think that the simplest thing atm is to put her as a replacement for the holoduke, with a sort of teleport-beacon, in a way similar to dukebots in other Dan mods.
And... officially, Duke3d is already an adult-oriented game, then some more "hot" interactions (with the right taste) would be nice . Involving as strippers, as podbabes, as Bombshell.
The rest is a countour, i think. It is very good that some maps are in development, but the right code should make this mod adaptable to any map. I would take only care of weapons dropped by new enemies. And i'm a maniac of weapons and alt-fires, too , but i think this mod can walk on a different way and keep the single fire (mostly).

Map adaptability: AA will be extremely light in terms of new mapping features. This is partly because I don't want to alienate experienced level designers who are used to vanilla Duke. If the mod is overwhelming people will be less likely to map for it.

As for hot content, one thing is nudity and one thing is the sexual content.
Tthe first AA video shows clearly nude stripper nipples and the v-spot of the hooker in the bar; nice, but it's all on the final tone of this mod. Random sex, censored or not, is pointless and of bad taste imho, and not really into Duke3D atmosphere. And i don't think my fan girls would flash their titties at me at any time, if i was Duke

It's a fine line to walk on for sure, just like the original game. A part of me would like to get really explicit with interactions but I know its not good for the mod. And sorry, I accidentally hit the downvote instead of the upvote and I cannot seem to change it.

i can notice a small glitch. when the big pig rams an enemy and is interrupted, it still displays that scroll effect on its sprite
