Here is a video with Monolith logo from original game for comparison:
Do you still see a shift? I can't notice it with stereo wav. Only difference I see is that at the end there is small bit of video missing (BloodGDX does it with original mono wav too).

You might be right. But this is a difference like in other videos, hardly noticeable for me. Previously I had no laser beam sound at all.

We can take a stereo sound from the AVI files, if M210 adds stereo WAV support to its BloodGDX port.

Yeah you're right, I don't think I've seen any flickering textures on walls either...
I have noticed that there's flickering/z-fighting on certain pools of water now though, which wasn't present in previous versions :/

I might be missing something here, but it didn't happen in earlier versions.

Try to run BloodGDX from command line like this:
java -Dswing.systemlaf=javax.swing.plaf.metal.MetalLookAndFeel -jar BloodGDX.jar

Thanks for the help, but it still isn't fixed.
I did it like this:

It still shows the strange characters.

This was taken on E1M1 of Cryptic Passage, in the cavern area right in the beginning:
Blood 1.jpg (92.68K)
Number of downloads: 8
And here is the map screen:
Blood 2.jpg (34.01K)
Number of downloads: 7
If anyone else could check this on their game to make sure it's not just something on my end I'd appreciate it!

Not sure about Bloodlines TC, but I fixed this bug long-long time ago and I checked it, it's still fixed
