I really liked it! I was surprised as to how extremely similar it looks to the original game! I just couldn't get the first key and I don't know how you managed to make ROR work on the courtyard, it doesn't work from the top tough.

By the way, I completed all fonts and made a few HUD textures.

Unfortunately, I can't draw hi-res textures. Hopefully, somebody will do it. I'll help than I can.

And there is a problem. Can you make HUD have been placed in the corners of the screen in widescreen resolutions?

I want release beta when I'll make all maps and enemies of first episode.
Now I made Zombie, Cultist, Rat, Bat, EEL Bone and Evil Hand, I need also make Gargoyles and Civilian code(almost done)
Also Zombies and Cultists isn't diying by Voodoo weapon - It need be make too. And Zombies must attacking civilians, but I don't know algoritm for attacking and now I study this.

I found some bugs: alt-fire projectile of flare-pistol with general fire after alf-fire and sound of player choke when player is underwater. I'll fix it later

Yeah I think it would be best to first fit the original game and THEN make an HRP for it if people feel up for the task.

Here is the first draft of one of the tombstones. I still need to tweak the skin a little but the final will not be very different from what it is now. Just small changes of shading and trying to make the skull look "mean".

i think that tombstone looks pretty awesome. good work! if you can make the skull look like it is the same actual stone as the tomb if you know what i mean. then it would be perfect!
right now it looks like you pasted the skull into the stone. but if you can make it look alike then perfect job i guess :rolleyes:

I wouldn't want to steal their stuff from Transfusion. A lot of the simple models needed in Blood do not take lots of time to make.

After a little tweaking its looking a little better.


EDIT: I looked at the Transfusion models. Some are closer to original than mine would be. Of course I like mine better, but maybe those other models might fit better in the TC until more HRP textures are added. But that decision is not up to me :rolleyes:

No offence to the Transfusion team, but their models don't look like they've had a major upgrade in quite a while. The tombstones look OK, but most of the HUD models they had on their web page looked like they fell out of Quake I. I would suggest that you start fresh, especially if you are thinking of using Polymer. The polymer lights on the 8 bit textures look kind of strange to start with. Chuck in some 70-Poly models and it's going to look very strange very quickly.

Hi, I'm new to the forums and I decided to make an account because I made the "Blood Title" picture a while back..
This Blood TC is very cool and I really gained my interest back for Blood (and Duke Nukem 3D)..

Anyway, I dug up the Blood picture and made a PNG out of it:

Other than the font + background nothing seems to be new. The gargoyle is just the old one and scaled with a filter.
I would be more impressed if somebody actually went and remade the gargoyle from scratch too.
Also the font is too dark compared with the original one but that's just me.
Anyway, kudos for the time that you've put into it.

It seems the size of Gargoyle less a bit than now. Also I made Statue of Gargoyle, what do you thinking about it? :lol:
