Mine says 6:12 so let's say the game took 6:30 to beat.

It took me 12:49 to beat Prey. B) I guess I'm a lot slower than you at playing through games. :) Prey did take me less time than most other games though.

Well, considering Far Cry took you half a year to beat, I'd think so, yes B) Or the game just didn't manage to keep your attention holding.

around 22, and each one takes 10-20 minutes to beat if you don't rush. There are some exceptions though, like 5 minute or even 30 minute levels.

I guess the reason it took me so much longer is because I spent so much time looking at the environments/going back to translate the alien text with Talon, etc.
I also got stuck a couple of times and didn't know what to do, like at the cube puzzle, but I figured them all out after a few minutes. :) I was also stuck for a while trying to figure out how to turn off one of the force fields, and later realized that the switch was right on the other side of it. B)

I also did the things you did, like always waiting for Talon to translate text. I also looked for secrets and backtracked when the way split up, so I could see all of it :)

Obvisouly, he just takes longer to do this...

But really, i think it's a short game, compared to other FPS games...

Great, but short... Therfor, also alot of great enemies show up too rarely...
I love the Gasbag enemies, but there's too few of them throughout the whole game...

Same goes for Centurions...

Man, i'm glad i got into map making with Prey... i'm gonna make a little arena like level, filled with my favorite enemies... Nothing pretty, mainly a big square, with a few touches, and enemies in it... :)

Oh yeah, i played UT2004 just recently... This month is soon over, and i can play it online soon... B)

Oh, it's really nothing special... No objects, other than ammo and weapons etc...

I made a good bunch of these kinds of maps already, recently (just now actually) i made this map that i called "cube"...

It's just a big cube, with 2 Gasbags in it... And a wall in front of each of them, so they don't notice me in the beginning... Weapons are the Hider weapon (Acid shotgun) and the Launcher... And some red lights, because i like red lights... B)

It's really simple... I'm still not experienced at all in mapping... But basic things like this is really easy... My next "Arena" map will be pretty big, and i'll try making a round ceiling on it...

I need to play around with the portals too sooner or later... B)

I don't know, it kind of sucks B) Sometimes a window pops up with "room information" or "mission status", but no actual information or status appears, it's just a blank window :) Not to mention the game doesn't recognise my graphics card and therefore runs terrible. I also don't know what I'm supposed to do. Maybe all of that is explained in the manual, but a manual doesn't come with a demo of course.

Return to Wolfenstein was great, indeed. The first missions in the castle and in that village were so full of atmosphere and great ideas. Oh and the Zombies creeped the shit out of me, back when the game was released. I think I'll also install and play it again one of the next days.

Played some "Enter the Matrix".. it's pretty average but I already knew that from reviews and stuff. Had to try it though since I'm a fan of the movies.

I've been playing Black & White 2...
It's a little wierd, but fun...

I'm being a Good God atm... I heard it's easyer to get through the game like this, so once i have beat it, i'll play as an Evil God, which by far is my favorite... :)

Aaarggghhh I did a few levels and QUIT the game B) I forgot the game doesn't automatically save altough there are checkpoints B) You still have to save manually and then it saves your last checkpoint. Useless if you ask me, but now I'm hoosed. What's even more shameful is that this is the second time this happens to me B) But the first time was right at the beginning of the game, so it didn't have enough effect to shake me awake. :)

The artificial intelligence leaves to be desired, but I like the style of the game. Sniping for example is very satisfying as three images appear (comic-style) showing various stages of the headshot. I love that, it satisfies me. I also like some gameplay elements, like the grappling hook. But this game could seriously have benefitted from more depthful combat.

Luckily I'm a very patient player. I can tolerate a lot (For example: my only issues with Far Cry are minor). I also realise what happened to me is more my fault than anyone else's :)

I'm having Return to Castle Wolfenstein flashbacks right here B)

I really like it, too. :) I'm currently on episode 3, level 1.

I most recently played with build for Duke 3D, more Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Doom 64, and Duke Nukem: Zero Hour. B)

I still have to play that demo. I have no diskspace so I'll finish XIII and then uninstall it, and then download and install the Dark Messiah demo B)
I heard it's the same as the E3 video, minus the cyclope. Well, the level design was great in that video, I hope the level design remains great in the entire game, and doesn't go the Prey route. As for the cyclope being cut, it was a ridiculous boss anyway B) I'm not going to spoil it of course, but if you've seen the E3 demo, you can see why [it's too easy].

First time playing it? How did you like the catacombs? I really like the flaming zombie, and tthe part where you fight two very strong zombies while heads in the wall are breathing fire. Very cool, Indiana Jones style B) And the flames look nice too.

Once you get the controls, the demo becomes VERY easy... Nontheless, it's extremely funny to kill enemies... The only times i got critically dmaged, or even died, was because i was experimenting, or being clumsy... :)

Luckily they claim it's the first level, so the easyness is justified then :) Altough I dont like the trend of giving the first level of the game away for free, the full game is often very different and you have no idea how hard the game is going to be, then.
