In the hospital, getting a little medicinal knot untangled.
Pro-tip: Don't mess with stuff if you don't understand how it works.
Spent some time in high observation last two nights. Calm my sensory system down after 9 consecutive meltdowns one after the other with little breaks in between. White LED flashlights and Mordin Solus hamsters on coffee in blue ponchos two doors down who talk constantly for 6 hours straight don't mix (Autism+ADD+ADHD).
Lit every cell and sensory system in my body on fire. My heart was pounding so hard just sitting here listening to that guy talk. Don't be that guy.
Weirdest part was, back in 2008, I was here in this hospital, but when you look at the time stamp on my food tray, it said 2018. I was shocked.
After I deleted some stuff on my NAS server, the pictures of this place suddenly showed up, because back in 2008 those photos never existed, but now I have them.
Must have went through a wormhole, time dilation, or that X-Files episode where time snapped back like a rubber band. All the nurses, security guards, and police officers were screaming at me in high obs, wondering how I got in there, but I just kept on walking, because if what they said in 2018 didn't hit my ear drum in 2008. Time dilation can explain that.
I've had a few experiences like this in the past.

I've been to this place before. I recognize some of the names on the wall. One guy thought I looked familiar, but I don't remember him.
Stayed in the exact same rooms just as before too.

When I was a kid, I had this huge CD with tons of cool games on it.
However...I wonder where this guy on the back of the CD comes from. As I understand, it's not the art from any of the games listed.
WARNING: NUDITY

The cover of Exciter: Long Live The Loud
some bands were into D&D styled Frank Frazetta fantasy art for their album covers (manowar, molly hatchet, etc.)
quite a few of those share-ware compilation CD's with RPGs or sword&sorcery based games on them also used, or 'borrowed', that kind of art

My Nexus 9 tablet feels faster with decreased animation times. Changed the window animations from 1x to 0.5x scale and turned the other ones off in the developer options.
No idea how much GPU usage or battery life having animations on takes up though.
