No, you are correct. All things are based on what the Par is. If it was a Par 2 hole (which isn't likely, but I think they do exist), it was just par.

Stanley Fucking Cup Playoffs, it's the best time of the year!

Friend came to watch Chicago-Minnesota. I'm not really in the sports now, but I liked it. And before that we watched Real-Borussia.

I thought eagles depended on par?

For example, on a par 6 hole you would get an eagle if you putted the ball on your fourth shot. As far as I am aware;

Eagle -2
Birdie -1
Par ==
Bogey +1
Double Bogey +2
You're crap at golf +3 (or more)

I am probably wrong, I don't have an interest in golf, I do like Happy Gilmore though and I did buy Tiger Woods PGA Tour when I was about 13, but only to make women with the GameFace feature, at least until I wore the boob slider out.

I didn't realize this until yesterday, but there are actually par 7 holes somewhere in the world.

There has also been a hole in one on a par 5. Although to attempt this, the hole has to be a dogleg left or right with a steep angle. No human could hit 500 yards.Well, maybe Happy Gilmore. :)

I've gotten to a point in my job searching that I've decided I can be more selective in what I apply to and which interviews I take. The fact that I've had 4 and I have 3 more scheduled for next week leaves me to think that I will very likely be employed soon and I should consider making sure that whatever job I get is one I like and could do for a several years (I am planning on moving out of this area in 5 years give or take).

So after 10 years with my girlfriend I went out today and bought an engagement ring, I'm going to ask her next Saturday, as we are going to an island for a weekend away to celebrate our 10 years together.

She will not see it coming as she thinks I don't like the idea of being married.

Now I just have to come up with an interesting way to pop the question.

How about - tell Yatta to make a page "Will You(her name) Marry ME" and tell her to check out the link

either way, all the best Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image

Thanks! It was a while coming I always wanted to wait a long time just to have something exciting and new deep into the relationship.

Ha Ha thanks that's a funny idea but I think something like that would be lost on her, I was thinking of finding a scenic spot on the island and asking her to take a photo of me with the horizon in the background, then as she takes the pic I produce the ring on one knee.
That way she gets a surprise and a cool photo to show the grandkids etc.

Replaced my broken headphones today only to find out that the box which has a picture of black headphones actually had pink ones in it. So I'm going to have to return them tomorrow.

I feel kind of embarassed right now.

Forgive me for saying this, but I always thought that pink or purple was a girl thing. I don't see many guys wearing pink or purple.

I don't think purple is a girl's colour but I'll agree with you that I wouldn't be caught wearing pink.

This whole pink thing just reminded me of when Homer got caught wearing a pink shirt at work and got sent to a mental institution. It's a joke, I know.

That episode has Michael Jackson in it but he doesn't sing. He wasn't contracted to sing, only to speak.

Classic episode. It is also the only episode I know of where one of the characters has a birthday (Lisa). In the 20 something years, only Lisa has "aged".

Going by Wikipedia: "He also stipulated that he would provide Kompowsky's speaking voice, but his singing voice would be performed by a sound-alike (Kipp Lennon) because he wanted to play a joke on his brothers."

For some reason, whenever I look at Mikko's avatar I think that woman is Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

That's what makes it all the more manly. A guy who has the balls to wear pink must be a fearless action hero.

They were ten dollars at my local Wal-Mart. And ten dollars on Amazon too. Audiophiles might not think they're the greatest, but as far as any $10-$20 plugs I've ever had, they're the best in my opinion. Comfortable and they sound pretty good.

Most guys can't pull it off, it's true. I wear a lot of purple. It looks good on me. Pink not so much.

I actually saw two guys wearing purple shirts today. Maybe this whole buying pink headphones by mistake was supposed to happen so I could answer the mystery of why guys wear purple shirts.

duckduckgo says Pink is the color of love and Purple the color of good judgement, maybe men are scared to show love and therefore have poor judgment and avoid such colors? Well, here is my theory for tonight. :)

Everyone knows that if you don't want something stolen in a place usually trafficked by males, make it pink.
