There is this creepy guy who goes into the local Subway and Wal-Mart and shits all over the toilet, floor, and walls.

I really do think it's time to upgrade this crap CRT monitor.

I am still fucking around trying to get the colour/contrast/brightness settings correct.
Whites look washed out and it's fucking annoying me to shit!

There are a lot of calls at work because the ladies washroom is always a mess. Luckily, where I work, I am not responsible for cleaning it up.

As for public restrooms, when they are a mess, I see that as an open invitation to urinate on the floor, wall, nearby people and basically anything that isn't the bog, if they are going to take my tax and not keep it clean, I might as well get my moneys worth out of them in amusement value as this tends to upset other people - though I really don't reccomend this and I haven't visited a public restroom in about 7 years because my city still seems to find it somewhat acceptable to use the street.

You could be a stand-up comedian saying this kind of thing.

While I was eating something I lost control of the fork and it jammed into my mouth. I have this part of my bottom mouth sticking up. If it's not healed in 10 days, I'm going to go see the dentist. I have to go for a check up anyways.

@The Commander; You have an LED screen? I've been thinking of getting one of those myself as I've never liked the response time on LCD, could you try running the XAOS demo and let me know how it goes?

http://pouet.net/prod.php?which=79

Theoretically it will run outside of DOSBox, but the sound won't work, but that's irrelevant, I just want to know if the LED screen can keep up. If you actually try this and have a seizure though, I can't be held responsible.

He doesn't have a LED screen. Only backlight is LED.

Ah, right, he never said it was "LED Backlit" - that's something I keep having to remind people to look out for, no doubt it's a deliberate marketing strategy by the corporations.

Had my first long argument trying to convince a cod fanboy that the franchise was stale and people are getting tired of it. I showed him all the user reviews and ratings which were deep in the red, and he tried making all sorts of excuses for the ratings. We then argued about realism, popularity, distributing/publishing, and I basically shot him down with multiple arguments on every front.

I started comparing it to more old school games, and he gave me the metacritc rating of Duke Nukem Forever, which made me laugh because it's user score was actually a lot higher than COD: MW3. Then we compared it to the Serious Sam series and he was like "from what I've seen, it's always just some guy with a lot of guns shooting lots of aliens, what have they done differently with each game?" Then after I actually listed the large number of differences in styles, level design, locations and features over the games, he then dismissed it all and was like "so why should COD have to do those sorts of things?"

In fact, the main reason why he likes it so much is because it's just like the previous games, and he knows exactly what to do and how to play it, only with new missions, and that more people are playing. And well I can't fault him on that.
You could argue I feel the same way about old school games that he does about COD, and that you wouldn't be able to change my mind either, but when it comes down to it, at least I'm not the fan of a game style where it flashes "You are hurt, get to cover!" every time you are injured and need to regenerate  (I didn't tell him that though).

So that's my first COD argument in a nutshell.

FPS games are for children anyway, I've outgrown them. A real man's game is one where you don't really have any weapons and you play as a teenage girl that has to run away from and eventually fight stalkers that do have weapons. Survival Horror FTW!

And if anyone says Silent Hill I will break your arms.

I'm kind of into an RPG mood as of late. Probably because Mass Effect 3 is coming out soon.

-2 again? WTF have I done now? Get a sense of humor you morons.

You have hardly improved matters by upvoting the argument I was partly AGREEING with. Perhaps, I should have worded it better - MODERN FPS is for children.

Awaits further downvotes.

A real man's game is Contra 3. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar.

Contra 3? Contra was something I missed out on as a kid, literally skipped over that generation of games and I've never played a Contra game yet - I probably should.

Is this Contra 3 a hard game? Because that was kind of the point I was trying to make, games are supposed to be hard but sadly, most of them are too easy now.

Dude, are you serious?

Contra 3 is pretty hard, but I'd say Contra is a lot harder. Just watch out for some of the later 3D games, they're not very good. Contra 1 - 4 are delicious.

Totally, I missed several games, I started out on an Atari 7800 in 1992 and didn't get my Super Nintendo until a year later, but my parents didn't really buy me many games for over a year, so I had to borrow them from the kid accross the street, unfortunately, most of the games he had were Football (Soccer) related and that has never appealed to me. As I got older I amassed a hell of a lot of old gaming hardware but I've never really bothered to buy many games for anything, there are some consoles that I only own a single game for... I guess old habbits die hard.

When I'm done with playing the Project Zero games, I might look into getting my hands on some Contra games, I'd rather play them on hardware than use an emulator.

Ah, I played Contra as a child, and it frustrated me to no end. I play most NES/SNES games on emulators these days (unless there are issues with the emulation.)

Contra 3 is the best side scrolling shooter of all time. That is not an opinion.
