If I can update from DNV's messages in the 3DR and Duke4.net Discords, plus his recent tweet, then he's uploaded the big DN:MP mods to moddb:

Interestingly, just a few days ago, I started to go through a few user-made contents from dnep.duke4.net. I didn't really try these beforehand as much as I did in the last week.
In particular, after about a couple of failed attempts, I got the DC Missions as released in 2006 (rather than DNV's re-upload) to be playable after building them in the editor. Less than 30 minutes later, I discovered that DNV re-uploaded an updated playable version to moddb, and a bit afterwards, that he apparently already uploaded it to his personal account during 2020.
I wonder if there's any documentation about the changes between add-ons as released in the DNEP website and uploaded by DNV.
I didn't make a comparison, but just for a couple of problems I experienced while going through the DC Missions as uploaded in 2006:
- dukemissiondc_05 has this ladder, to which Duke was triggered to automatically run into; I was so sure the level was unbeatable, but it later turned that I could temporarily release Duke by showing and hiding the menu.
- It's possible that Duke spawned at an unexpected location upon loading dukemissiondc_10, after completing dukemissiondc_09. This was far above the leftmost area of the map, while being able to walk forward and backwards (rather than left and right). Luckily, he could reach spots in which I could press on the "up" key in order to get him to a proper path.
For reference, I'll quote the part of the message linking to DNV's account, used for uploading older and newer contents before going through moddb:
