Hey, basically I have been having a problem where eduke32 will not launch because of a directinput error. After searching google I found out that this is a problem related to my alienware laptop. Apparently someone uploaded a modified eduke exe which skipped the directinput check so that the game could run for people with this problem but I haven't been able to find that file, just references to it. Does anyone know where I could find it, or if there is something else I can do to fix this problem?
