There must be a NDA that cleary has ended when PAX takes place or before this, due to Randy indicating he can talk about Duke at PAX. YES???

Unfortunately Gearbox does not have a display at this years PAX
Can I just say that if Gearbox announce that they are not working on the game, we can officially call it dead. Anyone want to disagree with this?

Maybe Gearbox ain't listed. But just for being optimistic, 2k Games are (publisher of Borderlands) And they are also a subsidiary division of TakeTwo... am I being way to optimistic now?

Maybe Valve ordered it! Remember his last DOA post about sound recordings was deleted too. So its a conspiracy by Valve not Gearbox/3DR.
