Hmm... nature plays games with appearances and chromosomes, but I won't pretend to not understand what you are asking... I can only truly say one for absolute certain, but probability says that are others.
My girlfriend was once on here... as a male though. She always shows male or undisclosed and uses screen names with no clear gender associations on almost any forum she has been on, except those primarily populated by females already. (like cooking forums) She basically says that no matter WHAT kind of on line situation you are in, being a female is most often "bigger" than all else. Like you can't just be another Duke Nukem fan, you are always a Female Duke Fan. She doesn't like the difference in communications from that. She used a male avatar most of the time on PS Home for years, at least in "public".

Now I am curious though... why does it matter, "here"... or even in real life? Like what would you say or do differently if anyone here is or isn't the assumed gender? Example: What would you say to Kathy if she was a guy vs herself?

I was going through a box of old photos and thought I would post a couple.

To show I was ahead of my time ( this was around 1980 ) I was doing the bucket and guitar thing a long time before Buckethead made it his trademark.

The other pic shows back in 1971 I was 14 years old dunking a basketball proving that white men CAN jump. I was about 5 ft 10in at the time.

I think if the tooth could have a different light style so there are no shadows between teeths and you looked for references for wrinkles in faces. Wrinkles shapes and density differ along the faces and expression lines. Like you expect the neck to be smooth and the cheeks to be wrinkly and redish. Your neck´s skin looks like a knee.

The skin is straight from MakeHuman, and the lights from Cinema 4D.
As for the teeth, if you look at the nose and back at the teeth, it is supposed to work in reverse. True shadows at the nose and none at the teeth. The teeth are side by side, there should not be a shadow, and where the lights are, the nose is too light.
As for the wrinkles, there are none. She is like 20, and I have not mastered the face muscles yet.

No it doesn't... Part of it might be that I am so pale, I draw the contrast out of nearby objects. (ok, maybe not) I was in the game room when I took that picture and the light overhead is 6500K (Daylight basically) so that is probably part of it... but really the image on mine is pretty weak and even has a slight green hue to it as though it is too thin or something. Kind of like the game I suppose, unique, but pales in comparison to Wolfenstein.
