Hi - Trying to play Duke Caribbean. I have the Caribbean Life's a beach CD. I copied the VACA15.SSI file to my EDUKE32 folder. When I start EDUKE32, the Duke Caribbean: Life's a beach shows up as a game to play like it should. However, when I start the game, it does not show up in the Episodes menu. The only episodes that show up are the 4 from the Duke Nukem 3d game. What am I missing?

When you say it "shows up" do you mean there is a VACA.GRP file that you can select as the game from the startup window? Can you post a screenshot that shows all the important files that are in the folder?

It sounds like what might be happening is that it is selecting the GRP file, but then you have loose CON files in the folder (in particular GAME.CON and USER.CON) that is overriding. So if that's the case and you delete those loose CON files, that should fix it and force it to use only the CON files that are inside the VACA.GRP

This is just an educated guess though as I can't see what's going on.

That was it! I deleted those 2 CON files and now Life's a beach shows up in the episode menu. Thanks for your help and time.
