I don't remember the exact version this started in, but it was sometime around r70XX, give or take a few iterations. Basically, the ending cutscene plays as normal, but when the splash screen appears before the level stats, Duke says only part of his line.

In practice: "My name's Duke Nukem." The rest of the audio does not play.

Not sure if it's the same issue or a different bug, but some mid-level duke quotes decide to not play at random.

Tested with as-current debug build, still nothing in the log that indicates any error with the ending audio.

"Trisected" to r6785-1830f405a / svn6792, and r6867-f385a451a / svn6874.
The first one lets Duke and Lani talk at the same time, but for less than a second.
The second one provides some improper fix, leading to the current behaviour.
