The vast majority of those 20 levels are BIG, too. Both in terms of wall limits and physical area.

I haven't played the WGRealms mods before, but want to after seeing the quality for the upcoming WGRealms 2020.

Can you tell me which mods to download and play in which order?

When WGR 2020 is released that will be all you will need. It is standalone and contains everything.

My advice is to wait a few months and then you'll get to play all the old content plus all the new content reborn and released.

You can still play WGR1. Even if the levels are in WGR2, they use WGR2's custom enemies. Hardly a bad thing but if you want a sample of WG's mapping style, WGR1 is still a fun time even today (just use the -usecwd parameter so the music works). Plus, it's an entirely different flavor for the levels when fighting the normal Duke 3D enemies vs. the WGR2 set. Both ways to experience it are great, and, at least in my opinion, worth playing with both styles.

BTW I have edited the WGR1 levels again since the last release so game play will be different again once 2020 is out.

You can play that with normal Duke Nukem for a different experience, but IMO your still better of waiting for 2020. :)

Just tried to find the old release dates for WGRealms.


WGRealms 1 July 2004 5 Levels
WGRealms 2 November 2008 3 Levels
WGRealms 2 v1.2 March 2011 10 Levels

WGRealms 2020 ????? 20 Levels.

A 4 year gap, 3 year gap, and now a 9 year gap. :)

WGR 2020 has over 20 LEVELS with more than 20 different monsters and over 10 BOSSES.
Most of those monsters have several different versions. :)

I can't help but wonder, how many female NPCs, enemies are gonna be in this mod?

The babes are my favorite part of Sebabs work and just coming from playing some older games like the Greek God of War games, Bloodrayne 1 & 2 and others where they have some of the sexiest monster designs using older visuals, I'm hoping for Sebab to make some sexy enemies to kill.

There are 3 main characters who are Female and a few other NPC'S.
This isn't loaded with females like AA was, but they are around.

It looks like all the screenshots are taken in polymost. Is classic fully supported? I'll soon be in a position without a proper graphics card.

It is possible to play in Classic, but it is not desirable or recommended.
