There is a lot of work that needs to be done. But here's an updated picture.

Here I am testing out a small lake I finished making. What makes it stand out, is the slopping ground under the water.

There is a small glitch where the color pallet doesn't anyways change back when walking out of the water. But considering that the alternative is instant player death or not being able to swim above it. I think I'll have keep it this way.

Just sharing a picture of how my map for AMC is looking. I'm thinking of calling it British Columbia Canada. Because of how much this looks like it.

It might not look like much. But after I finish texturing and all that stuff. It's probably going to be vehicle level. Bikes, horses and armored mechs to name a few things. Once again, I'm turning my map into one big island. But this time, I'm using a skybox and some landscape pieces for the water and a surrounding landmass. It wasn't easy to line of the skybox water with the island I'm building. It took a lot of trial and error.

Slowly wrapping up the design around the streets area. After I added the shadows of the buildings, it looks so much more complete, pretty satisfied with how it's turning out:

That map needs a secret place so maybe I can devote one to one. It's going to sound a bit crazy but something I've been having on my mind lately has been to potentially tackle recreating the Andross fight (SNES where he's essentially just polygons), I reckon that should be possible but would take a lot of planning.

I also think that you literally drew over the guy in 2D mode and then made it larger. :P

Thanks, and of course I did, how else. Was a bit of work nonetheless, I basically had to draw every pixel I wanted by hand on a small scale with grid lock off which amounted to about 2500 walls. Was just experimenting but now that it's textured, shaded and has effects implemented, it has turned out to be a rather viable level I just might use for my current thing.

I just improvised one for you, I heavily based it on the Arwing, it's a bit cheap with some liberties taken, not as good as it could be due to needing to fit the level as a semi afterthought and so it's not floating or moving, but it exists, sort of, I'm going to refine it a wee bit too (just saw a texture mismatch I don't dig):

Work continues on my Polymer map in AWOL. I've been honing my skills in Blender while making a bunch of prop models. Lots of fun.

This looks beautiful, especially considering it's a EDuke32 project. The full bright tree model on the background spoils the scene, but can be fixed easily.

I'd like a surprise return of Rigelatins as other invaders, ally or against DN3D aliens to contend Earth dominion. AMC makes so much obscure reference to DN lore, various mods, other Build Engine and Doom engine games, but not that much of the main material (unlock the original DN3D weapons would be a nice idea, I mean, we can unlock the ones from Imagination World!). But regardless, I suppose the plot has been already decided isn't?

AMC also ever mentioned Dr. Proton once in a dialogue at least? I don't remember.
