Yeah, that's one of the reasons why I love Blood!

I am fully aware of it, this has already happened with the tiles of doom and other games more popular than Blood.

@Phredreeke, I've slightly modified tile 0115 from the upscale pack. Its round elements weren't round, which drove me nuts a bit, so I've fixed that. See if you find it fit and deserving to be replicated to other colors/palettes.

I'm not planning to revisit Blood for a while but I did take your new tile and repalettised it. Also did an attempt to colorcorrect the pot in your last image (the leaves end up too yellow though IMO)

Thank you so much for the upscale pack Phredreeke. I just tried it using NBlood Jan 30 2023 release/build and was really blown away! I don't think I can look at the original in the same way ever again! :)

The one issue I came across were the tommy gun cultists were all the same color as the shotgun cultists (beige not greyish black). The water in E1M1 when you start off in the boar was also grey not blue. In episode 2, hotel hell, where there are stairs that go down to the secret level area after picking up all the tomes, enemies whom would go up the stairs disappear then reappear but were a bit wider in size as well. :)

You're not trying to play with r_texfilter on are you? Doing so bypasses the shader which is responsible for the palette swaps which would give the result you describe (actually there'd be color errors all over the place)

Thank you for the quick follow-up!

I'm somewhat new to NBlood, so I'm not seeing where those options are. I remember seeing them under Blood/Build GDX for either the classic or polymost options but not here. Also, for the r_textfilter being on I couldn't tell if it is or not. I also tried that command under console but it didn't work.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I'm not sure if these is a result of any misconfiguration but these 2 models within the game are not voxel oriented throughout my play-through:

r_texfilter, not textfilter. Type r_texfilter 0 in the console and it should turn off. However it wouldn't be on anyway unless you had already turned it on. Can you post your nblood.log file?

The bodies you've circled are sprites, not voxels, and will always face the player.
