Using HRP assets?  "Am I allowed to?"

I was gonna have a Duke Nukem themed t-shirt made, but i would like to use some of the art from the HRP on it, would I be allowed to do this? I am undecided on what to put on it at the moment, but it would probably have the nuke logo and the duke nukem logo on it, am I ok to do this?

Just thought i had best check with you before i go ahead and do this.

It's not like your going into a business making the t-shirts so their won't be any problem. :P

The companies that offer custom prints on stuff can't offer to do prints of trademarked material though.
