The first episode of season 3 of the Mandalorian just dropped. They retconned some stuff pertaining to Bo Katan (or at leastignore the fact that she was part of the Death Watch and pretty much a piece in the death of her sister and the downfall of Mandalore. Other than that you can much skip this episode because nothing really happens. Also if you are gonna hate watch it just pirate it.

Man I haven't watched any Star Wars since Kenobi. I'm just totally done with it. I'm completely apathetic now. Which sucks because I was pretty freaking psyched for Thrawn (I started this thread because Thrawn was announced in Rebels season 3) and his role is apparently coming around in the Mandoverse shows now but I just.....don't care.
However, I'm all in with Star Trek Picard Season 3. In complete counter to the first two AWFUL seasons and everything else under umbrella of Secret Hideout and Alex Kurtzman & Akiva Goldsman, season 3 is totally back to the original magic and authentic spirit of Star Trek to such a degree that I almost can't believe it. I've really been enjoying it. It's totally the sendoff TNG movie we never got.
Anyway, back to the memes.

Lol Mando season 3 is blowing up on social media because of how shit the episode released today was. They had that fat singer Lizzy and Jack Black make a cameo and apparently the story was so dog shit people are clowning on it. Even then I'm not watching this crap no more.

So what was your verdict on Mando S3 in general?
Personally, I'd say besides the last two episodes (plus ep.3, aka the "Andor-like"), it wasn't really anything special. The most regrettable step was to serialize the entire thing, instead of the "episode of the week" approach they had going especially in S1. Hopefully they return to that in the future. The MCU-ification of Star Wars is something I've never liked and the majority of the fan base would agree with me there.
Random notes about S3 in general (mild potential spoilers):

Details are bound to be forgotten, as there are fans of the series who haven't watched the original trilogy in years. Daily reminder: it's an awful franchise. Completely unwatchable without nostalgia goggles.
