Sprite Resizing In Mapster And Eduke32

I have a sphere sprite that I've basically used over the 1880 Drone sprite in Editart.

The issue is after I resized it in Mapster with the numberpad I wanted it to be about the size of a baseball but everytime I go to Testmap or Ingame the sphere is around the size of a basketball!?

Now is this a simple fix or am I going to have to get into the Con files to fix this?

Since you are replacing a hardcoded character it's size will always be the same in the game no matter what size you make it in Mapster. Try making your sphere smaller in the graphics program and when the game resizes it larger it might be correct.

Yeah I thought as much but what I'd like to do is resize the sphere sprite smaller without losing any of it's detail and everytime I try this with PSP7 (Paintshop Pro 7) all the pixels get compacted and the sphere ends up looking like crap.I've tried a bunch of different resize settings in PSP and it never resizes smaller and still looks good do you have any ideas on how to do this?

You use the same program that I do. What size is it originally and about how small do you need it to be? Also, what file format does it need to be when using editart? I'm not familiar with using that.

The Sphere sprite is 144x146 but I don't really think resizing it smaller will matter. What matters in the end will probably be how it's resized.

I don't know what the sphere looks like but you're not going to get a lot of detail at baseball size no matter how you get it in the game.
