But does it mean the Iron Maiden lawsuit can/will be resolved on short notice? As much as I want it to happen, I am sceptical about the speed of such legal procedings.

The lawsuit was a publicity stunt. Ion Maiden and Iron Maiden both got extra exposure.

I first saw that on facebook, where I gather the idea is that people are scrolling their news feed and the video automatically starts playing, so they have to show something exciting enough within a few seconds to make the user stop scrolling and watch the rest. Of course, pretty soon after that they started showing up on youtube and in standard trailers where they're not necessary.

The name doesn't really matter to me. Gameplay and level design is all that counts.
Although I admit I kinda like "Bombshell 3D". Would be kind of a neat reference towards Duke Nukem 3D.

Bombshell 3D was considered few years back but was just decided that no.
Not to mention that the "could have been better" reception of bombshell itself doesn't really do favors, it was in our interest to distance ourselves from that game.

Yeah, how Tchernobog is present throughout Blood would be a nice solution for having JSJ there a lot without stopping the gameplay. I hope he has lots of lines.
