So what is the nature of this EDuke32-SW thing you're working on, Hendricks? I have your SWP 4.3.3 beta 2. Pretty neat. Are you abandoning the idea of enhancing SWP any further for this 'new port' (don't know the correct terminology)? Also, all this portal goodness reminds me of Prey!

Yeah he's moved on from SWP, I'm not sure how to spell it but VoidSW is suppose to be a separate exe at first, then apparently merged with EDuke32 down the road.

Why the name of VoidSW? Nothing wrong with it, just wondering. It'd be great to have some sort of uber Build port which can run Duke and Shadow Warrior equally, and maybe for Mapster to have separate modes for each game. A lot to ask, I'm sure. SWP will do for now, though

I love all the crazy stuff you can do in the Build engine, and Shadow Warrior Build seems to encapsulate that 'Build Porn' thread quite nicely. Amazing all the extra special effects and whatnot they had put into the engine by '97.

So it's clear that SW is technically-superior to Duke.. what about SW v Blood? I've not played much of Blood. Hate DOSbox.

Blood is good Martin, you need to check it out. I personally like Blood the best, then SW.

He trolled the post thread for quite awhile. Being a troll is cute and funny in doses, the problem was Rob didn't know when to turn it off and shut-up. He started with religion vs. science - which most people ignored. Then he went into conspiracy theory stuff - which most people ignored. When he wasn't getting the attention he wanted he blatantly started arguments and insulted people non-stop.

I don't think that deserves a permanent ban, but you'd have to find out from the admin the extent of it.

As for reading the 'post'. How about pages of crap. It starts out pretty mild around page 552 (actually well before this, but this is roughly when the consistent instigation of argumentative statements began) and just escalates the longer it goes on until he gets banned around 565.

It's a shame Robman has been banned. He's the fountain of knowledge when it comes to mapping for Shadow Warrior. I'm not defending his apparent actions, I did not witness them. Whenever I see something called "The Post Thread" or "Off-Topic" in a forum, I steer well clear anyway. They're usually just filled with shit.

So, I was graciously unbanned today on grounds that I "be nice," other than my first actions of downvoting Lunick twice, I'll stay out of the post thread and save the majority of forum activity for Shadow Warrior related topics. I was going to say nothing, but Lunick keeps too close an eye on his votes for me to stay under the radar.

@Micky - I downloaded the AMC TC 2 and gave it a whirl. Seems like an ambitious project and I'd like to play it more, as I got stuck at one point where I had to jump and slide under something and it didn't seem to work for me. Other than that, I say - Great work guys Congrats on the project and I wish it many downloads and much playtime.

Welcome back Robman I hope you do focus on this mainly the new picture looks good how did the other map we last saw on here turn up? That new screen looks like a different map with another type of theme. Also, talking to Lunick this way wont get you very far! As you can see his posts in thread are no good probably good to ignore this is not going to help I think he is doing a lot of trolling lately he is on a rampage from my view but it's his normal behavior. But anyway I mean no harm to Lunick I just think it's a bad idea to respond to people who you are having issues with was my point. But then again understand you had no last say while comments built up.

I'm here because I'm always interested in new community maps/projects for Build games alike. I was concerned about Robman since he was somehow downvoting me from banland but he's no longer banned so it's not an issue, problem over.

I'm just concerned that you two are still obsessed with me even though I've demonstrated that I want nothing to do with either of you but you'll still namedrop me anyway just to get a cheap laugh from each other.

Robman can make great maps, he just needs to keep some of his 'other' opinions out of it and I'm sure he'll make something awesome.
