I don't know if this is related to the lawsuit by Gearbox, but I this finally ends any possibility of 3D Realms ever making a comeback. I was hoping that eventually they would release some new games under their label. Now Apogee and ID are both basically non-existent.

I like that instead of using the word bankrupt they replaced it with the words Interceptor Entertainment.
If Interceptor bought this company, they most likely sold it for lint...

So this now means that Interceptor own Duke 3D, the movie rights to Duke Nukem and, if they exist, any other Duke games that 3DR was working on that Gearbox were not given in the settlement. Interesting...

Also, according to Apogee they aren't owned by Interceptor, only 3DR is.
