True, but Interceptor is a group I (we) could trust. If they bought it, I'm sure we'd see an imediate source code release, and possibly another game in the series. Though, I REALLY do believe the easiest way would be if it were leaked. You know, something tells me it was probably leaked at some point already, and is somewhere hidden on the internet just waiting to be found

And I do stress the word shit.
I'm not sure Interceptor could pull off Blood. They're doing a fabulous job with RotT, but RotT and Blood are completely different. In fact, the new RotT is pretty different from the old. But it's done just right, kind of like Return to Castle Wolfenstein.

Well, i'm at least happy that Star Control went to a developer more competent than Legend. Unfortunately Toys for Bob is slaved for doing Skylanders so I don't think they'll ever work on that again.
I also wonder if the Battlezone IP also includes the rights to the 1998 Activision/Pandemic reboot, which was fantastic and still needs a proper sequel.
Total Annihilation being sold off to Wargaming World Limited has me a bit skeptical, as in "iphone reboot" skeptical... and who knows if TA Spring will be a C&D target from the new owners.
