What about me?

Really? All I see is the arrogance rising and judging with his own musically superority over the dumb masses.

If you're talking about me. Nay. I listen to all forms of music. I can think of very few genres I don't listen to. Most of them being electronica-related or reggaeton, which is fucking horrid bullshit and the worst thing to ever spawn from my one true love, ska. How anyone could rape ska so maliciously is beyond me. Damn Puerto Rican bastards!

I refered to anyone that claims that music taste reflects the IQ of a person. :) Speedy claimed it's valid. Kids nowadays are quite intelligent and sharp, and they do listen to Beaver, but what has this to do with anything?

I don't know if there is a direct correlation, but all the dumb kids I know listen to dumb shit, and all the cool kids I know listen to cool shit.

this is my last YouTube link - their advertisement is worse than fucking TV. Everything I click, you have to watch shit first. Fuck them. :) and I can't link to direct downloads either.

I like plain,old-fashioned Rock 'n' Roll from the 60's & 70's.But right now, I'm listening to Nickelback. But I do like a wide variety of genres, with a few favorites here and there. (crap,it's too early in the morning for butt-bouncing music.) :)

Dumb shit is just music you don't like or is it some pop radio crap? Cause if it is latter then the person just isn't interested in music, but not necessary dumb.

Btw, I've never had an IQ test. What's it like? Is it just solving some examples and quick wits stuff rather than knowledge based?

The IQ stuff was just me throwing an extra fork in the argument. There are Harvard graduates who listen to only techno. Guys, my head isn't really that far stuck up my haunches.

Btw Hank, I dare you to take the tone-deaf test on that page. I got a 79% on it the very first time. Supposedly well-seasoned musicians hardly get over 80%. Do you accept the challenge?

To stay on topic, this is what I'm listening to:

I have had this installed and still can't watch one single song without being forced to watch a commercial first.

even here I am forced to watch a fucking hair commercial first.

@ Cathy

it does not feel like anything. I did this awhile ago and scored 87, meaning I am a mental dud :P

@ Speedy E, I scored only 77.8, hopefully it will make you fell better. :)

Darn it, Hank. You should pick up an instrument one day or something. You never know what you might come up with.

Btw, isn't IQ calculated based on other sample IQ tests with 100 always being an average? Wouldn't that mean that average IQ can't change over the years?

Tonedeaf test: 77,8%
Rhythm test: 76%

Actually crap. Like someone mentioned Nickelback above.

Make sure you have this option off.

I am listening to the pinnacle of progressive punk rock, and an album that is sure to piss off all the punk-knuckleheads who just want loud fast rules to apply.

and I have this off as well. The first video is ok, the second and any other videos on YouTube and I am seeing commercials again. This happens only in Mozilla, not Chrome btw.

This is the first time I heard of Adblock Plus "acceptable ads". Are they that retarded? And how can Youtube count as "acceptable ads"?

I love how the creator of Adblock Plus said they "indeed hope to get some income this way" when speaking about acceptable ads. So I guess that, as a result of the popularity of the extension, it was only time until he sold him off.

I don't know what to tell ya, Hank. All I have installed on my Firefox is AdBlockPlus. You sure you got the latest version and you're using some blocklists?

@ Jojo, well you tried.
I simply removed AddBlock and re-installed it. It works now as on my Chrome. Who knows.
@ Forge, I don't use NoScript. I trust my anti everything software to intercept sick puppies.

I wish Google give an option of subscriptions to remove ads from all the videos.

It seems AdBlockLite does the job, if anyone is interested.

How long will it take until Youtube will start do display a porn video ad every 2 minutes of watching?

i basically use noscript to block external links and allow through the ones i want, not for some paranoia/security reasons (though it works well for that too - google-analytics can shove it)
so it works nice for blocking ads/commercials

Hmm, I've read on their site that NoScript blocks JavaScript, and you need to define trusted sites to enable it. So it is sort of a conflict of interest here, I write(wrote) JavaScripts. Still, if it works for you, it works for you.

I am in the classical mood right now, thus
top ten song

Don't like the song as much as Gangnam Style but the videoclip is again hilarious. The part at 1:26 with the chair is fantastic. Best trolldance.
