Micki!, I agree with most of what you said but I still think you are downplaying the significance of this just a tad.

Yes, it's by no means the "biggest scoop ever"(which was a 100% idiotic thing to proclaim), but it's quite a bit more than just the usual DNF-related tidbits.

If George said that it's nothing to get excited about, he very well may have said it just so people WOULD be satisfied when the show turns out to contain more than they anticipated, not vice-versa.

Or maybe it's just video footage of George and Scott briefly rephrasing their "We f*cked up bigtime" story for the 4598560452745856901243th time.

Even if it's only that, the illusion of it being a "big deal" will still be there, just for the mere fact that they were being interviewed "in person" and not just posting on forums/websites.

This is what i think this'll be... It's like any interview with them, just, this time not written, but spoken...

So yeah, there's this illusion, it may seem like a bigger deal, but content wise, it's really not more... Other than the things people will notice around the offices

But well, we're both making assumptions here, it MIGHT actually contain footage... But that still doesn't make it a "biggest scoop ever", there's more than a short show with bits of DNF footage to qualify as "the biggest scoop ever" -this phrase really is the main thing, that i believe stirred up this whole situation... Too bad it was mentioned like this in the first place...

Well, now that I've too seen the footage, it was more than I expected. Not much of interactivity was shown, but good deal of gameplay. Looked really good for me, from what I saw. Also, I loved the show, the humour and tone is just perfect

Guys it's out and I Just saw it. A good 30 or so seconds of gameplay footage featuring shrink ray, devastator, chaingun, and more! Go check out out! I'm not disappointed with this at all, it's the first gameplay footage.

by the looks of it the health system is the same or at least similar to duke manhattan project, the ego helath system, because whenever he'd kill an enemy it'd say +7EGO, so that's cool, im happy with that.

They said that there would be no co-op. Dukematch, etc is all in.

Well, what can I say, I didn't like it BAAAAAAAAAAA WTF!!! I was so stoked by the teaser, I feel underwhelmed, it doesn't seem like duke for some reason, I don't know why maybe cos its not 2D sprite based. It seems to me that there isn't a game there. As if 3D realms would have those mega weapon choices at the top of the screen in the finished version. I smell fish
