Like what? I use Radeon Pro to control the maximum prerendered frames (flip queue). That's the only option I've found that's missing from Catalyst.

It helps with glitchy vsync with older software. Plus Radeon Pro has application profiles like Catalyst so I can set it and forget it.

Wait a minute. I got mixed up a little. It was the AMD Vision Control center that's missing the options that I was having trouble w/. I made a topic a/b it on the GOG.com's forums: http://www.gog.com/f...ng_after_update

Sounds to me like you broke it.

Well I switched to another Radeon HD 6XXX card and guess what? Windows update can't find the driver for my new video card and still get the same AMD Vision missing options. That's why I gave up on Radeon.

EDIT: Oh wait. I should discussed this AMD Vision thing at Radeon vs NVidia topic.

You're using Windows Update for drivers. Between downgrading without uninstalling, and that, I'm not surprised your system crashed harder than Dale Earnhardt.

You should have run Driver Sweeper and reinstalled fresh.

Finally solved the mystery a/b the missing options in the AMD Catalyst! I had to turn on Advanced Mode in the settings.

Anyways. I just ordered the EVGA GeForce GTX 660 02G-P4-2662-KR VC 2 GB GDDR5 for my new pc build.
