Of course people are envious. People over the years have had the talent and the motivation to create a high quality mod on other engine, and we certainly know what made Duke 3D a great game, yet 3DRealms just shut everything down without a second thought. Suddenly this guy comes along out of nowhere, magically gets permission to make something, arrogantly talks about how great it is, and then fails magnificently and still tries to make himself sound like a hero. Couple this with the fact that Duke fans have already been jerked around by the development of Duke games since that guy was in diapers.

Any one of several attempted Duke mods on other engines could have succeeded and been great if they were given half the chance that cereal loser was given.


Edit: and lol Fresch said the goal of Duke Nukem Reloaded was to remake Duke 3D as if it was made today. If that was the case, it'd be exactly like Duke Nukem Forever except with slightly better graphics...

You say that you uploaded it to Youtube? Then you had to have that footage to upload it
from your computer or some other source you have access to, right?

I have actually found it again but I was asked by one of Gearbox's Media Managers to not upload it again :/ The footage is not that great anyway.

Upload the video and only advertise here. Gearbox can't do anything except contact youtube and force them to take it down. You know what you do then? Upload it again. Put the file on megaupload or rapidshare or whatever.
