Looks like the new control tower at the Calgary international airport is operational. Well, as of a few weeks ago or so. The new runway should be open by May 2014.

Alright, so apparently this control panel releases him, but I'm always cloaked, and I don't usually bother to pop this panel, so I've never seen him before. I was drunk, so I forgot to pick up the cloaking device. Also I swear a fedora atheist could kick the bots ass, he's weak as shit compared to a regular thief bot.
