This is interesting video, I disagree about "experience" part a little bit (I'll elaborate on that later), and I find the part related to designs and limitations the most interesting, the point of the guy about limitations specifically is quite arguable because limitations can vary, and sometimes those limitations can affect some designs in negative way, like level design (she kinda encountered typical modern level design issue in TLoU). His wife expectations in Doom were pretty cool too (when she thought there was deeper situation then just following the market and pressing the action button), when it comes to level design in modern video games I can definitely relate to that, especially in the open world games (you know, the time when you expect some sections not to be just a dead end), I bet many people can actually (especially the ones that played old games with more exploration elements, games that were designed extremely well).

But anyway, personally I consider the experience a secondary thing (which you're rather supposed to acquire), our instincts, imagination, attention to details and sometimes basic logic with reflexes too are the most important things when it comes to that, those qualities are necessary to help people to learn how to play and thus get said experience even. It's just like with puzzles and riddles, you don't really need an experience to solve them, of course it would be handy and useful to solve them, however, you absolutely must think and use other qualities to deal with those things. When I was a kid (some of those qualities are stronger when you're a kid) I played video games without manuals and was doing quite fine, most of the time I was relying on my own qualities to deal with games, first thing I'd do was figuring out the control with basic gameplay mechanics (though complicated input could provide difficulties, so manuals are important in such cases).

Excited for Red Dead Redemption 2 to come to PC in November.

Nearly 100% it on PS4 when it came out but it felt like a slog because of the framerate and controls. GTA 5 felt the same until I played it on PC.

It felt mediocre to me, worse than GTA5 (mostly because it's way too modern for the setting), but I'd love if they ported the first one, never going to happen though, but oh well.

Not sure I'm going to bother with the second one ever, especially due to microtransactions bullshit, but even if there wasn't any, I wouldn't pay 60 bucks for it for sure. Fuck R* and their idiotic delay practices that they use to milk as much money as they can, mainly from the people that buy their games on consoles first. It seems you also need 150 GB on top of that. Nah, I'll pass.

Store bought pie, refrigerated.

I don't know any specialty bakery places where I live.

Couple years ago I tried making sweet potato pie from scratch. It was mmmmm good.

If you like those store ones, then okay, but I always get some kind of chemical after-taste when I try one.

Home made and local bakeries would be my first choice.

Some claimed to be baked in store and not premade at a factory and shipped to them.

Edit: Whoo, I'm one year older today.
