I wish we've heard just a little bit from George. :(

Why?
Didn't you get it already?
George is over this. He has sold DNF and he is happily playing his DNF money on pokers if you read his twitter.
George and Duke have parted ways.
Forget George, he is history and he will probably never bring anything worthy of our time ever again.
My bet is that George is planning to live the rest of his life outside of the game industry and just spend his money and be happy.
What George says is not important anymore.
You need to learn to let go.

Does anyone have a link to the background music that plays at the "Valve puzzles" part?

I thought I'd post this video I saw over at Game Informer of someone drawing Commander Shepard on the whiteboard in DNF. I thought it looked pretty cool. :(

Hell yeah, a Team Fortress 2 map in Duke Nukem Forever (the funny thing is Duke Nukem Forever uses hats).

Someone on the Steam Forums just said that DNF "Stole" hats from TF2 now that they're making fun of 2fort in the DLC. Just thought I'd let you know just how far people will go to bitch about something.

Edit: Also, I know they were trying to go for an iconic map from the game, but 2fort? It's not that the parody is not funny, it's just that 2fort is so bad that it ISN'T funny. Hopefully it'll be better in DNF.

I wouldn't be surprised, the 80% of the hats in DNF are in TF2. Also 2fort is a simple map, also one of the first maps in the Team Fortress history. Of course one of most hated maps. It's perfect!

The graphics in the screenshots looks really good!
Then again, so did the other official screenshots. Atleast 2fort has a nice theme to it (what with it being a movie setup and all)
Also, the 3 DLC packs info found through Steam, wasn't one of them a weapon pack and one a map pack? Seems like they merged two of them into one. Good idea, but it seems they probably didn't expect the DLC to sell well with the number of copies sold so they wanted to just release it in one pack.
Waiting for the SP DLC.

"Hey, let's put in a Team Fortress 2 clone and a Middle-Eastern Call of Duty type map and call it a parody, that's got to be funny, right?"
"I know, for truly side-splitting laughter, we could add a minigun and make it look like a cock 'n' balls; hi-la-ri-ous!"

The 2fort map is actually a set for some sort of movie with only the outer part of the map being really recreated from the looks of things.

Whats important to note though is what the man says.

"Hopefully there is a next time!"

People still want to see Duke succeed.

Even Duke knows he looks wrong; check out how sad he is there. He looks less and less like the proper (Pre-DNF) Duke every time new media comes out, which is disheartening. As if turning Duke into a metrosexual wasn't bad enough.

If anyone knows any metrosexual bad-asses, I'd like to know about it.

I feel like im the only person who actually likes the DNF design

Something about the 2009 model that just looks off to me

07 model or at least how it was presented in the trailer looked great(dare i say even similar to the final one)

Final model looked a hell of alot more agile and didnt stick out like Marcus Fenix's forehead
Id even go as far to say it looks more like Arnold in his prime(even though i know the physique was supposed to be more like Lundgen)

This surely has been posted before. But there's just too many cool things that never done it in to the actual game.

That Bombshell concept art looks similar to what can be seen in this video:

At 5:23. Not the same art, but it looks like the same character.

That is actually completely new to me! Thanks!! Though it's rather interesting that he noted:

Many of these designs actually still made it into the final release!

I believe Norvak's somewhat conflicting observation is far more accurate.
