Well as you read how many have given up on DNF EVER being released? I now have. This is not asking "do you give a shit" or how much you care, but weather or not you honestly think its ever coming out. Ever.

Yes, I believe that it's extremely clear that the game will come out. Scott has been saying that they're still going to release all along, and now George Broussard has come out and admitted that DNF is still relevant, heavily implying that it will be released in posts he made on 3DR after news of the settlement broke.

I can 100% guarantee that the game will see release.

From a guy you actually purchased retail Duke1, 2, 3d (in the year they were released)
From a guy you actually downloaded D3D shareware the day it appeared on the 3DR website.
I have been in and out of this forum and the 3DR forum many times over the years.
