that is my image of duke you are using tobii, you should of asked permission to use it. and so far you have just placed elements or variations of elements from other people's work on your own which is pointless. please make your own.

But for the rest, I've done EVERYTHING else myself. And to be honest, that includes cutting out your Duke and mixing it with my own Duke that I rendered myself for my first title. Because That's the only think I've used from anyone elses work.

The title screen in the HRP is fine. The only thing that needs improving is the rather dire looking ATOMIC sprite. Everything else looks like a higher resolution version of the original which is kinda the point. Adding silly flames and other effects is a pointless waste of time.

Just so everyone is clear, That 3DR logo I posted in the HRP art assets thread was just to be cocky. I am fully aware that photoshop filters don't make everything look good, I am not a retard.
On another note if anyone did want a 3DR screen in their HRP I have prepared this.

I don't think the HRP needs a new title background either. They do look cool, though.

It isn't about "THE" HRP it's about "YOU'R" HRP
It isn't for the HRP in general, This thread is so people can pick out things they like and use them if they so wish.

Somewhere back on the 3DR forums I think Joe said that recreating the 3DR logo was off limits as far as the HRP was concerned, but we have received permission to use the main title screen which was scanned off a mouse pad. So the next logical step would be to get permission to use the 360 3DR screen based on the precedent set by the title screen.

Personal use is fine, but don't expect it to be included in the HRP pack, 3DR can be quite lawyer happy and shut the HRP down in a flash.

Well I have already stated that this isn't for the HRP so when people say that the HRP don't need them their comments are invalid. The stuff found in this thread IS for personal use.

I think recreating the 3D Realms logo wouldn't be illegal.
Also 3D Realms isn't existing anymore! (Or are they?)
Kenneth B. and "codefish" have also made a 3D Realms logo, you can find them on the 3D Realms Fan Stuff site.

2 DISRUPTOR: I will use the 3D Realms screen you made, instead of the DukeHRP screen,
because in original it was a 3D Realms logo. <_<

I really like the XBLA 3D Realms logo because it has that Duke styled text!

On George Broussard's twitter page you can find the original Duke mushroom background.
