Choosing MIDI device on Windows

Looks like windows version of EDuke32 always uses Microsoft GS Wavetable. It is possible to change music device in JonoF's port setup, but can't find this feature in EDuke32.

I am using Windows 7 with Maple midi drivers, also changed system's default midi output. All stand-alone midi players like MPC are using my desired device, but EDuke32 not.

How can I choose the proper MIDI device?

You'll probably have to make the change to eduke32.cfg by hand, unless the setup.exe from JFDuke3D can open any random old .cfg file. The format is the same, it's just that I dropped the external tool in favor of in-game configuration some time ago and never got around to/forgot about adding that specific option. It's perfectly possible to do what you want, there's just no GUI for it at the moment.

Actually "MusicDevice" parameter was missing in my config, and value for that should be midi device index.

No gui dropdown confused me though. Didn't think it would be so obvious. Thank you!
