Ep.3 radlogo weirdness

Has anybody else noticed that the Ep.3 radlogo (that "My name's Duke Nukem..." screen after the actual cutscene) is messed up in recent EDuke32 snapshots?

It's like all sounds are almost playing at the same time, like some sort of fast forward mode, and after a couple of seconds the entire thing gets skipped.
