Damn this one looks cool but got me stumped. Is it a map by Juha Laaksonen by chance? Sorry for insisting on trying to guess by author but this is pretty natural an approach to me.

I feel like the pal 7 on the building on the far left could be a big hint too (if that's what I'm seeing). Maybe from a CBP?

I hope that's the right name. I know it's Daikarin L4 beyond the shadow of a doubt. Just not 100% on the name. It's either that or Noldor's Castle (the name, I mean. I always confuse the two names).
