That is looking a lot better. If it's an EDF uniform then shouldn't the EDF logo be somewhere on the shirt? Or is that what the weird thing on the shoulder that looks like a face is supposed to be?
Maybe you could steal the symbol from the EDF of Godzilla movies?

you have to rename this accordingly, iam not sure what skins the dukebots use.
ya ill glove the normal skin too, that shouldnt take long at all

I liked the normal Duke EDF model but turning him into a red/brown guy really f*cks it up. It's not really clever, more "lol i picked a random colour lol"

You know the "PAL" colour system? well, the .DEF coding associate different texture to the different pallet number colour assegnated, like this:

skin { pal 16 surface 1 file "highres/sprites/characters/1405_duke_16.png" }

If we, for example, take the blackskin soldier and associate to pal 12, in 2d mode we see a standard differet coloured duke but in 3d mode we see the the new skin and the duke normal skin together.
Try to test this whit "Blackend" map.

Great job on all the skins!
Here's how the pals are currently coded, for when bots spawn from the player:
pal 0 pistol
pal 14 Medic with pistol
pal 12 Freezer
pal 10,21 Rocket launcher
pal 23 Chaingun
pal 16 Shotgun
Sometimes they have multiple weapons, and I'm not sure which color has priority in that case, but I think the medic is always pal 14. The color scheme does not apply to bots placed in maps, that's up to the mapper.
