I disagree.
But being imprisoned and forced to be subjects of science experiments & used as human lab rats is open to interpretation.

They've also been the victims of rape and extermination practices.
They've also been the subject of property theft and land forfeiture.

In a significant ironic-comedic twist, if a group of mentally ill people rioted and burned down a couple hosing developments in protest of unfair treatment, their mental illness would be blamed.

I agree with you completely.

It's just that some people won't.
Because they're too "woke" or whatever.

Thricecursed's signature..."3% of US military spending could end starvation on earth"

America already spends well above 3% of the military budget on foreign aid. Dumb commie signature is dumb. Monetary aid sent to corrupt governments are squandered by their corrupt governments. Bleeding heart leftists enable them.

Not to mention all the money and time spent by civilians. You could give those governments all the food and money in the world and it wouldn't help. You've got to fix their governments, and a lot of people don't want their governments fixed.

Also, military spending, for all we spend on it, a surprising amount doesn't seem to actually be helping our military efforts. (same with the Department of Transport) I recall reading that during the Obama years a good chunk of our equipment was slowly falling apart.

From the oil for food program in Iraq:

The UN committee’s fifth and final 623-page report released October 27, 2005, accused nearly half of the 4,500 participating companies of paying kickbacks and illegal surcharges to win lucrative contracts, and allowing Saddam Hussein to pocket $1.8 billion at the expense of Iraqis suffering under UN economic sanctions. The commission’s lead investigator, former U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker, stated that it was UN mismanagement and failure of the world’s most powerful nations to end corruption in the program that allowed Saddam to fill his coffers.

Working from home until September, so yeah.

Btw, did any of you notice how Duke is always wearing the same red wifebeater? Possible communist leanings?

He's also based in part on the Roddy Pipper character from They Live, which was anti-capitalist propaganda. And he is voice-acted by a communist. He might be the most communist character in video game history.

My signature isn't about ending starvation as much as it is about ending war (hence worldbeyondwar.org). The point is a poetic one: imagine what you could do with only 3% of the US military budget.

Also, the way things are done today clearly don't work. We know this. That doesn't mean that the money couldn't still be used more intelligently than it currently is.

This is why I just come here to antagonize you (plural), because it's more amusing than getting in these arguments. You'll just keep nitpicking/straw manning whatever I say because you have it in your head that I'm somehow the enemy. Radar, you specifically thought we were somehow pals or whatever because I linked some Jordan Peterson? I forget what it was exactly. But here's the thing - I link whoever I think has something worth saying. That shouldn't be taken as a wholesale endorsement of the individual. I hate most of what Ben Shapiro stands for, but I'll still occasionally listen to an entire podcast with him because in some situations he's been correct or insightful, etc.

PS: Remember when Johnnythewolf called me a future mosque shooter? If to a leftist caricature I am a "mosque shooter" and to a right wing caricature I am a "commie", then maybe I'm actually neither?

Duke also bombs an abortion clinic in LA Rumble. He's an anarchist.

Of course. We spend $50 billion a year on foreign aid. CANCEL ALL OF IT.

I didn't even bring this subject up. Mark did, and the rest of you were too lazy to really think about what I meant, so you made up a straw man. Could've just followed the link, though.

Actually, fuck you, lol. This is boring and I don't really respect most of you and I guess it shows. There's no point in carrying on in any serious capacity. But I'll probably still be here to mock you once in a while or post in gaming related threads. I already said I don't care if I'm banned, so if that's someone's thing, they can boot me.

Blah blah ur dense - no u! Just drop it, man. You don't care and I don't really care. That was the last semi serious post I bothered to write and clearly it's not gonna change anything.

Are there any of us who haven't made this observation at some point by now? Ever since Trump was elected, political discussion seems to have degenerated into polemical nihilism. It's hard to tell whether someone is making a serious post or is just trying to goad someone else or have a laugh, and sometimes I wonder if the people posting even know the difference any more.

Since as long as I can remember, lefties have kept lists of companies they boycott and many of them are serious about it. I've always been skeptical of the effectiveness of boycotts, but with the record numbers of people being unfairly blocked and banned on social media, this tactic is worth considering.

If right-wingers continue to be expelled from the marketplace, the only option left will be to create parallel economies based on political affiliation.

Also, Chick-Fil-A is already the only fast food I eat. For 2 years now and going strong.

I'm a benevolent dictator with a heavily decentralized government kind of guy, and I definitely boycott any chocolate that isn't ethically sourced, palm oil entirely, and reduce as much as possible my purchases of unethically sourced coffee.(I'm an addict sometimes I need a quick fix) I find it funny that people hate slavery yet buy Hershey's bars and Starbucks coffee which both make their profits by a large margin from slavery.

Every time I hear "we were opressed" I think about every palm oil product, and the profits multiple coffee brands make and multiple chocolate brands make by people literally funding slavery, I find it hilarious.

Let's keep on funding unethical business transactions because of price and convenience.

Just imagine if someone said slavery is now legal in the u.s. in order to compete and to lower prices and make things more convenient for us along with increasing our GDP. That would be hugely frowned upon heavily. Riots against this would probably make the George Floyd debacle look miniscule, civil war would probably be enacted.

Exploiting other countries that allow slavery in order to keep prices down and increase convenience for us, is seen as totally ok by the majority though.

The "as long as it's not us" mentality is just so fucked up imo.

And yes, I didn't mention the large variety of items that use palm oil, cause there's way too fucking many, and I'm sure there's a shitload of other products that source their workers as slaves, and yes I'm going to look into it further so I can make my wallet less happy and my morals in check, but chocolate and coffee are the ones almost everyone knows about but seems to forget because it makes their wallet happy.

they are trying, it's just disguised under a different name. The most common being 'open borders'

meanwhile, trouble in paradise:
1 dead, 1 critically wounded in chaz shooting

they won't let the foreign police in to investigate, but they happily use hospital facilities in the neighboring country (u.s.). Wonder who's going to pay the bill for the defector?

also:
12 shot: 11 wounded,1 dead in Minneapolis

please disband the police. People's true nature comes out when they don't have to worship their government by force

IIRC 18 shot in one day in Chicago about a week ago. But that is normal even without the protests.
2

#264

A day in Chicago without a murder is a day of celebration. Its so bad there that there's a website dedicated to covering those casualties. Apparently they popped the champagne sometime last week.
Also, isn't the CHAZ now the most dangerous place on Earth with that murder rate?

I think boycotts might actually be the only thing that's actually effective on the given state of things (probably more directly than voting), not so much as under the form of noisy organized campaigns and yadda yadda but as responsible consumerism in the strict sense of the term - watching who and what you're financially supporting is easy and it can honestly baffle me at times to see so many people spend their own precious money without a single fuck given to where it's going once it's off their hands. Regulating the economy on our own individual scale is maybe the only active role we have left in a capitalist society so corrupted that public space altogether is progressively getting phagocytized by private spaces just as ideologically as physically. Which doesn't mean one has to turn into a stereotype either - it's totally possible to at least consider the consequences of each and every of one's actions even when it comes to spending habits (zero reason why those should be more taboo than any other personal choice) without having to turn into a hermit completely devoted to asceticism - everyone has their own personal balance to find. The only extreme is you have to be extremely you. As soon as one gives up on their ability to make their stand in the economy regardless of how humble (corporations are more fragile than you'd think and the idea of spiraling outside the public eye still very much freaks them out despite the stoic looks) is when they give up on not being just a pawn.

I live back in my small hometown these days and for a great while, fucking Domino's Pizza was the only decently affordable pizza option available here if you didn't want to drive. And just the other week a new independent spot opened down my very street that makes fresh, homemade pizza with better quality ingredients and even do 2 for 1 on pick up which is a lot cheaper than Domino's shit, I'm stoked.

Embryos are not people.

Need some legal advice for a friend. Two sisters who have always been extremely close. One is pregnant for the first time and looking forward to being a mother. The other is barren and feels vicious emotional pain and trauma anytime she sees, hears about, or thinks about her sister being a mother.

At what month does the barren sister intentionally inducing a miscarriage either through physical or chemical means switch from Assault to Assault and Homicide?

To the rest of the audience...

If fetuses aren't people why is murdering a pregnant woman double homicide?

I love watching people complain about slavery on their iPhones.

Cathy is overreacting because of the hOmOpHoBiA thing even though every gay person I know pretty much only eats at Chick-Fil-A because they're elitists about fucking everything.
