They are ripped from SW.GRP - I don't know if WD has any unique sounds added or it just used ones unused in the original

Voc files are stored in the GRPs, so naturally WT.GRP is where the WD-specific voice lines are. There are only a few new ones in WD I think, and they replace original sounds.

Do yo uthin a single man can dub all the voices in the game (including womens, master leap and zilla robot) ?

When it comes to the files of the same name replacing the other, I also had experienced an issue with my previous attemps in using existing sounds from DNF and ps1 version of DN3D... a file with the same name in the new grp is replacing all the files of the same name (the bar music in E1L2 is the same as the one in Carribean Duke)...

chinese/japanese ? have a hard time pronouncing L or R properly. People call it a stereotype but I have heard it in person so many times it's real life. I wonder if there are few or no words in their language with the L sound so they have great difficulty pronouncing it. I don't know, but it annoys me.

Every person learns language by copying and emitting sounds they are the most familiar with hearing in their surroundings and thus develop their own habits when it comes to physically forming certain sounds - which explains accents, e.g.. certain people will position their tongue or shape their mouth a certain way to get close to a certain ideal (see 'th' which some just pronounce 'f'), and most likely will have to start from scratch again when trying to speak most any language that's not native to them (personal experience, in my mid 20's I literally had to learn how to make new sounds just to be able to communicate in very elementary Croatian). I don't know about Chinese people as I'm completely unfamiliar with Chinese, but Japanese people have the added difficulty that there is no difference between the 'R' sound and 'L' sound in their language and both are used interchangeably, for instance Ryu in Street Fighter just might as well be named Liu and it only makes a difference to us because we've gotten used to the Western take on the interpretation. So unless they are 100% fluent in English to the point of being familiar with how to pronounce every single word in detail, you'll most likely hear that little mistake every once in a while. Hopefully now that you understand it, it starts annoying you less. It's just people trying to speak your language.

Unless I'm missing an in-game cue, then that translation might be wrong and 'to search' to be interpreted as 'à fouiller'.

I very much doubt Zilla is idolizing anything except science, so I think Lo Wang's allusion to "Zilla's temple to search" is most likely an analogy for a research center of Zilla... in which context is it playing ?

Most of the registered levels are temples so I don't see how getting to his 5th or 6th temple to search could all of the sudden mean he's getting close to Zilla

I haven't really played the game myself so - like I was saying - I might be missing a cue, but I'm under the impression that if the sentence were meant to convey the meaning you interpreted, it would have been worded differently to begin with (the authors would have probably used 'research' instead of 'search' for instance).

Then again, in general this game looks like a pain in the ass to translate, as so many of the puns that gave it its tone are bound to get lost in translation ('bite au nez de poisson' style).
