We had this on Christmas, my fav. The image is from the internet.
The only thing that takes the time, is to let the beef marinade, for 3-4 days. The rest is just to stick it in the oven, and play with the kids.
If you love to cook, and do it right, this meat will be so tender, no need for a knife to eat it.

Bulgur and chickensalad with chickpeas and fresh basil and cherry tomatoes. The bulgur was boiled in vegetablebroth. I also had avocado and fetacheese as compliments which are missing in the picture. Tasted very nice.

In parts of italy (naples and further south) fried pizza is a common specialty. Basically it's more like a calzone (ie folded up pizza, kinda like a giant wonton/dumpling) which they fry in oil. It's delicious!

That’s why it’s called Food Porn!!!
Pizza, with little or no cheese i.e. naked or scarcely dressed.
Until tonight I did not even know why I can't stand Pizza. Now I know how to do this myself! – Thanks Radar 100 Watts!
And tonight, we’ll eat Steak Tartar with a raw egg on top, or two or three. Yes, discussing to most. But hey. Just need to pay attention on how to age the beef properly and where get fresh eggs from the (somewhat now illegal in PC country), farmer directly.
p.s. I tried to do a DuckDuckGo for an image, no luck. And I don't have a smart phone to make a picture of our meal.
