Are you still with me? Yes? OK here we go with Episode 3:
Raw Meat was ok for most part but I hated those two fucking bitches at beginning of level that kept killing me for 20+ times (AND I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WERE PLACED IN PLACE OF TROOPERS). I didn't realize they were ONLY ones in the level and could have avoided them until later when I got enough supplies to beat them. Oh yeah they were INSIDE WATER actually. And somehow were more aggressive by almost always opening fire as soon as I submerged into water and killing me. As for secrets, I think they are all reachable. Well the vent where trip mines would be (in this case, the powder keg), is unreachable as it's too high unless you go to the other side in the kitchen and let one of those shitty monsters get on table close to where vent ends and jump on it to reach it. But outside of that, you can get everything else (I believe that vent doesn't even count as secret).
Bank Roll was again ok. Be careful at beginning to not jump into that box or you get stuck! The gears puzzle is working fine near end of level. Then you fight two hulks instead of two mini battlelords as expected. But after that, it seems it's impossible to progress any further as barrels don't blow up (once again they act like static sprites, much like majority of Duke3D objects that normally would be destroyable in original game) and there is no way to progress as walls can't be broken. So cheating is required once again to progress. At least all secrets are reachable.
Flood Zone is frustrating thanks to having TONS (and I'm not kidding here) of stupid-ass sheriffs, bitches and hulks!!! And even dogs underwater! Why? Also the "jetpack" secret that was easily accessible in original game, for some reason here the platform is a bit raised and if you enter inside secret place, you get stuck! So aside from this secret, the other secret that can't be reached is the "empty" secret which is just pointless.
L.A. Rumble is fine, outside of the couple of sheriffs and bitches at beginning that killed me twice, this wasn't a difficult level. For some reason the author FINALLY thought of getting around this part of level by adding a silent teleporter in one of areas and teleports you to top inside that building that contains the exit. I wonder why didn't the author do that in earlier levels too? Maybe the mod wasn't playtested enough. At least the secrets are reachable here.
Movie Set was probably one of easiest levels because of almost non-existent enemies and only few enemies present were the old coot with pistol and the shitty monkey. Too bad two secrets are unreachable (the Lunar Apocalypse one at beginning of level and the one secret behind Earth texture). Also no matter which exit you choose, you go to next level.
Rabid Transit was a bit annoying this time around. Not only the trains were a bit broken (one of trains was split up with one part of it ended inactive in the other side of level) but also instead of pig cops, were stupid ass sheriffs that kept killing me when train reached the other side. Other than that, I didn't have too many issues but you can't reach the secret that requires you to jump on the box.
Fahrenheit was really annoying with the bullshit sheriffs and bitches but what's worse is aside from one unreachable secret (the bottles can't be broken to go get the secret behind them), at end of level to reach the final area, you must use noclip cheat to continue because you can't reach final area with low jump height. And what's worse is that you fight that bitch boss in that TINY place! It required tons of saving/loading but after that you get sent to episode 4 with same stuff you had before.
Like in case before, with first 2 episodes, I started episode 4 from scratch. And yeah...Randy's level just got a LOT worse inside RR. Even though I didn't like It's Impossible that much before, at least in Duke3D it is PLAYABLE. But in RR? Well you get tons of bitches and sheriffs and you have limited ammo and weapons, once again tons of saving and loading is required in order to progress. The only secret that is impossible to reach is the one in toilet room as once again you can't jump high enough to reach it but rest are reachable.
Then you get into Duke Burger which was actually a lot easier than I expected (there are no frustrating enemies to fight against, just the smaller enemies like the shit monkeys). But I really hate how game takes away your weapons at beginning of episode 2 level 2 (in this case E4L2 was E2L2 because of limitations as I said above the author split mod into 2 different batch and con files to workaround limitation, sorry once again for saying so many details) thanks to that being hardcoded inside RR, so you must get them again. Surprisingly, you can easily get to all weapons with full ammo just in 1-2 levels if you are careful and spend ammo wisely like I do. As for secrets, well one is unreachable (you can guess which one) and for the one at end in those dog cages, don't blow up the cages before climbing to reach that secret.
Shop-n-Bag turns out to be frustrating level due to being filled with the 2 most overpowered enemies in RR (you guessed it: bitches and sheriffs) not only combined but also like 5 at same time of each as has been the case in other levels. What was the author of mod thinking at this shit? Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the fact that RR enemy variety is quite low and reusing the same 2 boring basic enemies would get boring quickly, so he must have preferred to put the more overpowered enemies instead. The solution to enemy variety would have been to make the mod for RR Rides Again instead which has a few new enemies but I guess the author was too dumb to think at that and only said that he might do a Rides Again version later, which didn't happen.
Oh yeah and you can get stuck in this level if you try to go in that secret at beginning (you can climb on fence but can't go back when inside unless you save that monkey that was placed on purpose in that place, so you jump on it and escape). The rest secrets are all reachable without problems.
Babe Land is BROKEN in this mod. The area with the targets doesn't work properly. When I played first time (without cheats, except when noclip was required in the maps I said earlier), I shot at targets and nothing happens. I then destroyed the second and fourth targets (they broke automatically which is also the correct choice in original game as you had to shoot 2nd and 4th targets, the other targets remained as expected) when I used dynamite launcher but still nothing happened. I had to cheat to continue (and screw those 2 sheriffs inside that area that kept killing me!).
So yeah I won't bother with the rest frustrating experience I had in this level thanks to so many bitches and sheriffs but they were throughout the level and not giving me any damn break. One secret is unreachable. Also at end of the level, much like the part in occupied territory (with those fast conveyor belts), the laser trap doesn't work and much like the wall mounted shrink ray didn't work in earlier levels. It seems automatic shooters don't work/exist in RR. The exit can be reached at least. Oh yeah I forgot to mention and this applies to several levels: remember how there was a combination of certain buttons in order to unlock something? Well in this RR case, you just press on one button and all get activated which unlock that door or whatever is supposed to unlock.
Pigsty was much more playable but I don't understand why player begins level in air, so you take forced fall damage. I guess once again another side effect of the conversion. At least the level was easy with having not so many enemies. The secret at beginning can't be reached and you know exactly why as I can't be bothered explaining again why. Also once again no matter if you choose the secret exit or normal exit, you get to next level.
Going Postal was also easy, for once most enemies were the basic ones. This is how should have been throughout the mod. Those skinny guys (which can still be dangerous sometimes) are much easier to kill. Bonus points for all secrets are reachable.
And to end the mod, XXX-Stacy managed to ruin the mood by resorting to fighting those overpowered enemies in cramped spaces and many of them at same time, as have been the case in half of levels. Also the shrink rays at the sewer part, once again are non-existent here. Oh and one of secrets is unreachable. The level ends with fighting the bitch boss and that's it, the mod is finally done!
As for second time I played it, I decided to use cheats (god mode and no clip) by starting game on 3rd skill, then starting on 4th skill and that way I was able to get all secrets and actually enjoy the mod somewhat as I didn't have to worry about dying anymore. The mod becomes much more playable but even then, as much as I appreciate the author experimenting with this idea, the mod was overall a piece of shit and managed to ruin Duke3D (at least these 28 levels that were converted) by taking a huge shit over it, then wrapping it into RR and the result was an explosive diarrhea or something.
